Terms and Conditions

Anglia Chauffeur Vehicles (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides luxury chauffeur services subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or booking form).

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking; the balance is due by the agreed date.

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made:

  • More than 14 days before the booking: balance refunded (excluding deposit).

  • Less than 14 days before the booking: full charge may apply.

3. Our Responsibilities

• We will provide a professional, licensed, and experienced chauffeur.

• Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard and fully insured for chauffeur services.

• We aim to arrive punctually but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., traffic, road closures, adverse weather, accidents).

4. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

• Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted in our vehicles.

• We reserve the right to refuse transport to any person whose behaviour may put the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers at risk.

5. Vehicle Use

• The vehicle will only be used for the journey agreed at the time of booking.

• Any extensions (extra stops, additional waiting time, or route changes) may incur additional charges.

• Food and drink should not be consumed in the vehicle unless agreed in advance.

6. Damage & Cleaning

• The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their party.

• A cleaning fee may be applied if the vehicle requires more than standard cleaning after use.

7. Payments

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods.

• Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

8. Liability

• We will take all reasonable measures to ensure your journey runs smoothly.

• However, we shall not be held liable for delays, missed connections, or consequential losses due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Wedding Bookings

• Wedding hire includes time for photographs and ribbon decoration (if requested).

• Additional time beyond the agreed hire may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

11. Governing Law

         These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
